With the help of LDG Contracts, F Parkinson has recently completed construction of the first ever “Exemplar” designed primary school for Blackpool Council using the beehive concept. The project is contracted using the ACA Standard Form of Contract for Partnering PCC 2000.

The Architect (BDP) design plans, in keeping with BREEAM assessments to deliver the highest standards of sustainability and environmental performance include roof gardens, “pod style” classrooms, an all weather pitch, multi purpose sports pitch and green facilities such as rainwater harvesting systems.
